Team SOP - Gear Additional

All the other stuff whether gucci or just outside the box of a standard rifleman, nice-to-haves, etc. This list implies our training and TPP focus more within the gear list above.

• Gloves (seem to be too personal preference to list as SOP requirement) 
• Water Bladder
• Stuff Sack / Dry Bag(s). Either a single, large for the entire pack, or individual. Could be a contractor (garbage) bag.
• Comms
  • DMR or fancier radio, water resistant
  • Phone/tablet (rattlegram)
  • Data cable and appropriate adapters
  • Meshtastic devices (TBD)
• Pistol in 9mm
• Gun/war/pistol belt
  • Level 2 retention Kydex holster (no friction only like trex)
  • No shoulder, drop leg, soft holster, uncle mike, serpa
• Plate carrier with Level IV armor plates (not steel)
• Assault Pack
  • Smaller, lighter
  • Ability to carry ammo, water, medical but not full multi-day sustainment
• Knife
• Multitool
• Bump or ballistic helmet
• Night vision shit (pvs14, ir laser, ir illum)
• Monocular, Binocular, Rangefinder
• Land Navigation Kit (debate if this should be standard)
